Inbound Sales Representative

The Sales Representative will work directly with our contact center clients.  The successful representative will provide solutions for the customer needs in a call center environment. He or she will manage and optimize inbound calls as well as other leads to increase policy sales. The Sales Representative will work to improve customer retention by problem-solving, educating, and providing a WOW! Experience for their customer.

Acceptable attendance at current and previous work history is mandatory and will be verified.

Basic job responsibilities include:

• Manage inbound phone inquiries from client customers
• Manage time and other resources to ensure sales goals are met consistently.
• Handle all interactions promptly and effectively to minimize wait times.
• Strong active listening skills
• Build rapport with potential customers to reinforce the value of our client brand and products you will be offering.
• Build a strong knowledge of the products and services offered. Become an EXPERT!

You are a perfect fit for the job:

• Strong computer background using MS Word, Excel and Internet
• Flexible schedule requirements, with the ability to work evenings and some weekends
• 2+ years of proven sales experience within an inbound service environment. Inbound contact center sales/experience is a plus. Other direct to consumer sales experience is also is preferred.

We offer paid training and a competitive starting wage of 13.50 – 14.00 per hour plus bonus with IMMEDIATE bonus potential. After an initial 90 days probationary period you are eligible for hourly wage increases based on performance through 90 day period.
