MART Customer Solutions is part of the ACCENT Ventures family of companies that have grown out of a strong contact center background.
The ACCENT family of contact centers and other operating companies started in 1993. ACCENT developed integrated consumer marketing & sales processes and served world-class corporations as 3rd party partnerships. Beginning with Sears and General Electric, the brand grew to service multiple global clients serving a wide range of industries. Primary industries include Wireless and Home Services. ACCENT transitioned to a Contact Center Management and Investment Firm, offering services to current Contact Centers for Mergers and Acquisitions and development of new Contact Centers.
